I am a licensed mental health counselor who has been a mental health advocate and practitioner for over 8 years. My time in the community as a source of support has allowed me to work with a variety of ethnic/cultural backgrounds, genders, and people of all ages. My passion is focused on helping others who experience anxiety, depression, major life changes, stress, and trauma. Our work together will be focused on you achieving your goals and removing barriers to your personal success.
